I love avocado and I love hummus so I tought that I should give it a try and mix them, they go so well together, they make the perfect match ! Top it up with some red onion and coriander and scoop on its own or with some toast.
Hummus is incredibly healthy, easy to make and so versatile, often eaten with flat bread to scoop up or carrot and cucumber sticks for dipping into. It can be used as a substitute for butter or mayonnaise in a sandwich .
